Our Facility

Our space speaks for itself. It has a lofty feel, with lots of natural sunlight, exposed brick and hardwood throughout. There is truly no other space like ours in the region. The calming atmosphere is evident the second you walk into the facility and is reinforced during each step of the tour. There is no loud, pumping music and not a single wall is lined with mirrors. Separate Men’s and Women’s locker room facilities are available, with private shower stalls and fully stocked with toiletries. Towel service is also available for no extra charge.
